With the anime film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe set to open in theaters on January 30, a statement has arrived from an individual claiming to represent the anti Earth Federation government movement known as Mafty.

As the countdown reaches its final hours, with less than five hours remaining until the earliest midnight screenings begin, the film has released what is titled the Flash of Light Mafty Activity Statement. In order to convey Mafty’s activities to as many people as possible,
we now issue this statement.

Beginning Friday, January 30,
the film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway: The Sorcery of Nymph Circe,
which depicts the heroic struggle of Mafty,
will begin screening in theaters nationwide.

To ensure that their story reaches as many people as possible,
we too now commence our public information activities.

To members of the press and media,
we ask that you convey this statement to people everywhere
and lend your support in disseminating it to as much of humanity as possible.
