Jujutsu Kaisen Episode 51 (S3, EP4) Synopsis & Scene Images Released: Despite Naoya’s Abuse, Maki Awakens

The story and preview images for Episodes 51 of the anime Jujutsu Kaisen: Culling Game Part 1 have been revealed. These episodes are scheduled to air on Friday, January 23 at 12:26 AM (JST), and will later be made available on streaming platforms in various regions.

Episode 51 Story

As the group begins moving according to their respective roles in order to bring the Culling Game to an end, Maki heads to the Zenin clan estate to recover cursed tools and strengthen their forces for participation in the game. Ignoring the verbal abuse hurled at her by Naoya, as well as her mother’s attempts to stop her, Maki presses on toward the forbidden storage.

When she opens the door to the armory, what awaits her is not the cursed tools she sought, but a blood-soaked scene. In place of the emptied storehouse lies her sister Mai, covered in blood, along with her father, Ogi Zenin.

October 31, 2018.

As Halloween festivities fill the area around Shibuya Station, a mysterious “veil” suddenly descends, trapping countless civilians inside.

Entering the scene alone is Satoru Gojo, the strongest jujutsu sorcerer of the modern era. However, curse users and cursed spirits plotting to seal Gojo are lying in wait. Yuji Itadori and many other jujutsu sorcerers gather in Shibuya, and an unprecedented large-scale clash of curses, the “Shibuya Incident,” begins.

The battle then leads into the deadly killing game known as the “Culling Game,” orchestrated by the worst sorcerer in history, Kenjaku (Noritoshi Kamo). After the Shibuya Incident, ten barriers across Japan turn into demon-infested colonies.

Amid this overwhelming chaos, special grade sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu stands in Yuji’s path as the appointed executioner of his death sentence. Even in despair, Yuji continues to fight on, while Okkotsu mercilessly turns his blade toward him. The chaos of curses accelerates.

Yuji and Yuta, two sorcerers who share the same teacher, are drawn into a fierce battle to the death——.
