We hereby report that we have identified multiple individuals (hereinafter referred to as “the individuals”) who committed rights infringement against the Company and our affiliated talents, and that settlements have been reached with those individuals.

The individuals forged the signatures of our affiliated talents and sold counterfeit items on flea market platforms and internet auction sites.
