The anime film Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club: Final Chapter – The Final Film has been announced for a theatrical release next winter. Along with the announcement, a teaser visual was unveiled, and it has been revealed that the setting of the final chapter will be Tokyo.

The youth academy drama woven by twelve girls and one more girl finally enters its concluding chapter.

Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club is the third installment in the Love Live! series, a school idol project developed across multiple media under the theme of a story fulfilled together. The television anime aired its first season in 2020, followed by a second season in 2022. In 2023, a brand new episode titled NEXT SKY was released as an original video animation. In 2024, the film Final Chapter Part 1 premiered in theaters, followed by Final Chapter Part 2 in 2025.

Now, with a completely new original episode that surpasses the scale of Part 1 and Part 2, the film Final Chapter – The Final Film will open in theaters nationwide next winter.

This theatrical trilogy is brought to completion by the same core staff behind the television anime series, including director Tomoyuki Kawamura, scriptwriter Jin Tanaka, and animation production by Sunrise.
