The television anime Oshi no Ko Season 3 will begin airing on January 14, 2026 at 11:00 PM on TOKYO MX and 35 other stations nationwide. It was revealed that Chanmina will perform the opening theme song for the new season.
The opening theme is Chanmina’s latest track titled “TEST ME,” which will be released digitally on the same day as the anime’s first broadcast, January 14, 2026.
The artwork for “TEST ME” features Chanmina with glowing eyes, evoking the anime’s world and atmosphere. Her expressive and alluring gaze aligns closely with the emotional tone of the song.
Regarding the track, Chanmina explained that she wrote the song with “resentment” as its central theme, using it as a way to motivate herself while reflecting the story of Oshi no Ko. The song represents a new milestone in her career and stands as one of her defining works.
During the same event, the second promotional video for Season 3 was unveiled. The video featured the opening theme “TEST ME” for the first time, giving fans an early listen to the song.
The PV depicts Ruby, who continues to maneuver within the entertainment industry for revenge, and Aqua, who believes his revenge has already ended. Their diverging paths are shown alongside Kana, Akane, and MEM cho, each grappling with their own conflicts, signaling that the story is about to take a major turn.

Oshi no Ko is a story that explores both the light and dark sides of the entertainment world. The protagonist Goro is an obstetrician who meets his favorite idol, Ai Hoshino, but dies due to an unexpected incident and is reincarnated as her child, Aqua. The original manga ran in Weekly Young Jump from April 2020 to November 2024 and has surpassed 25 million copies in circulation.
