The announcement was made on December 21 at Jump Festa 2026, during the Jump Studio stage event held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba, where the first teaser PV and teaser visual were also unveiled.

The newly revealed footage marks the first look at animation from the new season. It highlights powerful battle scenes featuring Asta, who manifests demonic power in his right arm and fights by channeling anti magic into his sword. Alongside the anti magic devil Liebe, Asta undergoes brutal training sequences that emphasize the overwhelming scale of the upcoming battles.
The teaser also hints at a new phase of combat led by Yuno, as magic knights charge forward against formidable enemies. The illustration is accompanied by the catchphrase “Surpass your limits,” powerfully conveying the excitement and intensity of the new season’s opening chapter.
