Based on Kohei Horikoshi’s popular manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) from 2014 to 2024, My Hero Academia is set in a world where possessing superhuman “Quirks” is commonplace. The story follows Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku, as he trains at U.A. High School—an elite institution for aspiring heroes—to fight against “Villains” who misuse their Quirks. Since the anime adaptation premiered in 2016, the series has reached its eighth installment, the ongoing FINAL SEASON.
