The story and preview images for Episode 2 of the TV anime Disney Twisted-Wonderland The Animation Season 1: Episode of Heartslabyul have been released. This episode will be exclusively available on Disney+ starting Wednesday, november 5 (JST).

Episode 2 Story

The solemn atmosphere of the entrance ceremony quickly descends into chaos. Riddle Rosehearts, the dorm leader of Heartslabyul, becomes enraged by the disruption—and his fury soon turns toward Yuken Enman (Yuu). However, when the Dark Mirror reveals that Yuu has no magical power, the uproar subsides for the time being.

Even so, Yuu finds no way to return to his original world. Thanks to the special consideration of Headmaster Dire Crowley, he is granted a place to live on campus and begins his life as a school errand boy. As Yuu goes about his daily chores while searching for a way home, he encounters two new students during cleaning duty—Ace Trappola and Deuce Spade.

Introduction

Twisted Wonderland, a world where magic exists.

In this world, there once lived beings so great they became enshrined as legends known as the Great Seven:
the Queen of Hearts, the King of Beasts, the Sea Witch, the Sorcerer of the Sands, the Beautiful Queen, the King of the Underworld, and the Witch of Thorns. Even now, the echoes of these seven legends endure.

Within Twisted Wonderland lies Night Raven College, a prestigious academy for training mages, which houses seven dormitories modeled after the Great Seven. One of the seven dorm leaders is Riddle Rosehearts, head of Heartslabyul Dormitory, which is governed by the strict spirit of the Queen of Hearts. Known as the “Crimson Tyrant,” Riddle enforces the “Queen of Hearts’ Laws” with iron severity, placing heavy burdens on his dorm members.

One day, during the school’s entrance ceremony, Yuken Enman, an ordinary high school boy from the real world, suddenly loses his way and stumbles into Twisted Wonderland. At the same time, Grim, a monster who longs to become a mage, crashes the ceremony. To quell the chaos, Headmaster Crowley grants a special arrangement: Yuken will serve as Grim’s “handler” and live within the academy.

As Yuken searches for a way back to his original world while navigating student life, he quickly finds himself caught up in countless troubles thanks to his new classmates, Ace and Deuce.
