Episode 4 Story

After falling into a pond while protecting Marie, Arthur comes down with a bad cold. Feeling responsible, Marie decides to take care of him. However, Arthur’s strong sense of duty pushes him to continue working on student council tasks despite his condition. Dressed in a nurse outfit, Marie nervously tends to him while also fending off an assassin sent to target Arthur. As she witnesses Arthur’s dedication, her feelings for him deepen. Meanwhile, in the shadows, Arthur’s stepbrother Maynard and the assassin Noah begin to move with dark intent.
