The manga Isshiki-san wa koi wo shiritai (JP, 一式さんは恋を知りたい, Isshiki-san Wants to Know About Love) has been officially confirmed for a TV anime adaptation. The romantic comedy follows Rinna Isshiki, a 17-year-old prodigy who has already become a police inspector but has no understanding of love, and Meishi Rokutanda, a kind yet clumsy rookie detective. The two, both inexperienced in romance, become a “pretend couple” as they navigate the trials and emotions of first love.
