Dekin no Mogura Episode 9 Story & Previews Released: Mogura Learns of the Samejima Family’s Plot

The story and preview images for Episode 9 of the TV anime Dekin no Mogura: The Earthbound Mole (JP: 出禁のモグラ, Dekin no Mogura) have been released. The episode will air in Japan on Sunday, September 1 at 10:00 PM JST, followed by international streaming on various platforms.

Episode 9 Story

Yaeko Kirihara panics when Mori tries to kill himself, but soon landowner Koitaro Samejima and his grandson Yui Samejima appear and offer to show them around the island. Mogura finds out about the past problems between the Samejima and Mori families from the islanders' stories and her father's explanation.

At the same time, Kyoshiro Nekozuku, using Nabeshima to listen in, uncovers the truth about the Samejima family, who are in charge of the island, and their plan to make the Mori family look guilty. Mogura and his friends learned this truth.

Introduction

Mogura, a self-proclaimed sage who’s been banned from the afterlife, sets out on a quest to collect “lights” from spirits in order to return to the other side. This mysterious tale of life and death follows the strange encounters of those who, after meeting Mogura, begin to see things beyond the ordinary.
