Dekin no Mogura Episode 6 Story & Previews Released: Who Was the “God” the Neighbor Worshipped?

The story and preview images for Episode 6 of the TV anime Dekin no Mogura: The Earthbound Mole (JP: 出禁のモグラ, Dekin no Mogura) have been released. The episode will air in Japan on Sunday, August 11 at 10:00 PM JST, followed by international streaming on various platforms.

At the last moment, Momoyuki Mogura uses the light of the lantern to prevent Maya from turning into a vengeful spirit. Maya vanishes, and her sister Miya decides to hold a memorial for the doll and move forward.

A few days later, Shio Inukai is invited by Kyoshiro Nekozuku’s mother, Kyoko Nekozuku, to enjoy some cake at her home. There, they encounter a neighborhood housewife, Sakurako, who has become dependent on Kyoko’s “special ability” and worships her like a god…

Introduction

Mogura, a self-proclaimed sage who’s been banned from the afterlife, sets out on a quest to collect “lights” from spirits in order to return to the other side. This mysterious tale of life and death follows the strange encounters of those who, after meeting Mogura, begin to see things beyond the ordinary.
