Episode1 Story

Somewhere in Tokyo
Kuriaki Magi and Yaeko Kirihara witness a bizarre scene—an oversized dictionary crashes onto a man’s head, leaving him bleeding on the ground. Despite their attempts to help and even calling an ambulance, the man refuses all aid and flees the scene with an agility unthinkable for someone injured. He introduces himself as "Mogura" and claims, “I’ve been banned from the afterlife, so I can’t die,” speaking of strange and supernatural circumstances.

Introduction

Mogura, a self-proclaimed sage who’s been banned from the afterlife, sets out on a quest to collect “lights” from spirits in order to return to the other side. This mysterious tale of life and death follows the strange encounters of those who, after meeting Mogura, begin to see things beyond the ordinary.
