"Jump PRESS" starts streaming today at 8 PM!! — major announcements in the past have included the latest chapter of Hunter × Hunter and the conclusion of Jujutsu Kaisen.

It has been announced that Jump PRESS, a program that reveals new information about Jump titles, will stream today, August 4th, at 8 PM on the official Jump YouTube channel.

This will be the fourth installment of the program, which has consistently delivered major news—past episodes have announced the conclusion timeline of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga and the release date of the latest HUNTER×HUNTER chapter.

On the official Weekly Shonen Jump X account, the program is described as “a mini info show that delivers the latest Weekly Shonen Jump news to readers faster than anywhere else! Be sure to check it out!”

Additionally, the latest issue of Weekly Shonen Jump (published by Shueisha), released today, features its first-ever collaboration with the popular Pokémon franchise. Series creators have drawn special illustrations of their characters alongside Pokémon, which come together in a lavish group illustration on the cover.

The cover, which has been previewed in advance, features Luffy and Pikachu illustrated by One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda; Chinatsu Kano and Totodile drawn by Blue Box creator Kouji Miura; Taro Sakamoto and Chikorita by Sakamoto Days creator Yuto Suzuki; Chihiro and Tepig by Kagurabachi creator Takeru Hokazono; and Ichi and Mega Gallade by Maou no Ichi artist Shiro Usazaki. The cover uses a gatefold design that opens up to reveal even more characters inside.

Furthermore, this issue and the next (Issue 38, releasing on August 18) will come with special collaboration stickers as sealed-in extras, featuring the crossover illustrations. There's also a giveaway campaign offering original merchandise such as metal art boards, cushions, and postcards to a total of 7,120 winners.
