The teaser PV and the third teaser visual for the 4th season of the TV anime Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- (Re:ZERO), set to air in 2026, have been released. Character visuals showcasing the cast in brand-new outfits have also been revealed.

The PV depicts Subaru and his allies standing against powerful beasts in a vast desert landscape.

About Re:zero

Re:ZERO follows the story of Subaru Natsuki, a boy who is suddenly summoned to another world. With nothing to rely on, he uses the ability known as “Return by Death” to rewind time after dying, in order to protect those he holds dear and reclaim the irreplaceable moments he once had.

The anime is based on the light novel written by Tappei Nagatsuki and illustrated by Shinichirou Otsuka, published under MF Bunko J (KADOKAWA). With over 13 million copies sold, the series is a massive hit. The first season aired from April to September 2016, the second season from July to September 2020 and January to March 2021, and the third season from October to November 2024 and February to March 2025.

Season 4 Introduction

After barely emerging victorious from the brutal battle in the Water Gate City of Priestella, Subaru and his companions face devastating losses. Rem remains in a coma due to the Authority of Gluttony, Crusch has lost her memories, and Julius has had his name stolen.

As Subaru searches for a way to save them, he learns of the existence of Shaula, the “Sage” said to see all and possess all knowledge.
Their next destination is the Pleiades Watchtower, where the Sage resides — a towering structure in the heart of the Augria Sand Dunes, an immense desert that even Reinhard, the strongest “Sword Saint,” could not conquer.

Natural disasters, unknown beasts, and unimaginable threats await them. Thus begins the perilous journey of a boy who risks everything to reclaim what was lost, alongside his companions.
