Disney, known for its successful live-action remakes of classics like Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin, is now bringing the beloved story of Lilo & Stitch—which once sparked a massive Stitch craze in Japan—to life with a fully reimagined live-action film.

The story follows Lilo, a lonely girl living with her older sister Nani after the tragic loss of their parents. Nani, still young herself, struggles to raise Lilo on her own, and the two face the threat of being separated. Enter Stitch, a mischievous alien whose arrival changes everything.

The newly released music trailer is filled with unforgettable scenes: Lilo longing for a true friend, Stitch’s wild antics that cause island-wide chaos, and touching moments of emotional connection. Accompanying these scenes is the Japanese version of “Burning Love,” performed by Travis Japan, whose diverse vocals and exceptional dance skills bring fresh energy to the classic song.

Catchy lyrics like “Heart meramera fire” and “Heart meramera burning love” will have fans humming along, while Stitch's unpredictable behavior—from aerial acrobatics in a spaceship to hula dancing and surfing—adds a fun, high-energy twist that mirrors the pop-infused melody.

As Lilo, Nani, and Stitch slowly build a heartfelt bond, the story of ohana (family) unfolds, reminding audiences of the power of connection and love.

In the U.S. version, the song is produced by none other than Hawaiian-born global superstar Bruno Mars, raising anticipation for how Travis Japan will reinterpret this iconic hit for Japanese audiences.
