A new exhibition themed around the Haikyu!! theatrical film Haikyu!! The Dumpster Battle opens April 23 at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka. Featuring original animation art, immersive video installations, behind-the-scenes materials, and photo spots, the exhibition recreates the legendary rivalry between Karasuno High School and Nekoma High School.

Haikyu!!, a high school volleyball manga created by Haruichi Furudate, was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to July 2020. The anime adaptation began airing in 2014 and spans four seasons. In February 2024, a theatrical film dramatizing the highly anticipated third-round Spring Tournament match—Karasuno vs. Nekoma—was released, garnering widespread acclaim.

The exhibition offers an exclusive experience, including standees of Karasuno and Nekoma players, a walk-through court-style zone, and a video area showcasing iconic scenes from The Dumpster Battle in dynamic animation and original drawings.
