Episode 3 Story

The Man in the Blue Cape (Kaijin Ao mant)

A chilling rumor circulates around the school—a terrifying figure known as the "Blue-Caped Phantom (JP: Kaijin Ao Mant, 怪人青マント)." Those who claim to have seen him end up dismembered, stuffed into bags, and taken away.

One day, Kanna Kusakabe is asked by her classmates, who heard rumors of her being a spiritual detective, to exorcise this Blue-Caped figure. Before long, Kanna herself spots the phantom. She also picks up a wallet that appears to have been dropped by him. Upon examining the contents, Akihiko Chuzenji's expression turns grim—the wallet is full of counterfeit bills.

Sensing criminal activity behind the incident, Chuzenji calls on the help of his friend, police officer Shutaro Kiba.
