The photo, shared on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, quickly caught fire among fans praising its incredible likeness and charm.

In the post, Owada dons a white lab coat and poses behind a table featuring plush versions of Bulbasaur, Squirtle, and Charmander—faithfully recreating the iconic moment from the start of the Pokémon games. He captioned the image with the line:
