A new promotional video (PV) for the TV anime Apocalypse Hotel, premiering April 9 on NTV and other stations (airs every Wednesday at 1:34 AM JST), has been released. The second PV introduces new characters and cast members, along with a deeper look into the story.

This original animation is a collaboration between CyberAgent and CygamesPictures, known for theatrical works like Uma Musume: Pretty Derby – The Door to a New Era.

The second PV showcases a wide array of new characters. Set in the hotel “Gingarou,” left behind on a post-human Earth, the story of encounters and partings unfolds to the opening theme song “skirt” by aiko.

Takako Honda (Mami)
It’s been a while since recording, but I find myself longing to return to that world. Every episode stirred deep emotions. I suspect the completed Apocalypse Hotel will move me all over again. My character may look odd but loves her family very much… Please watch it!

Mutsumi Tamura (Fuguri)
Apocalypse Hotel is amazing! So many unique events happen at this hotel, where all kinds of beings gather. It stirs a mix of emotions! The visuals enhance those feelings too. Fuguri may be cute, but he brings some serious quirks from the tanuki family! I hope you enjoy all their charms—every episode feels like it leaves you with a little gift.

Ryoko Sakakibara (Mujina)
Mujina is unlike any character I’ve played before. I never expected to receive this role due to my voice type, so I was delighted and gave it my all. The show lets you think about what truly matters as a person, wrapped in laughter, tears, and warmth. I was reminded of how much I enjoy acting. Don’t miss it!
