The trailer for Jujutsu Kaisen: Hidden Inventory / Premature Death – The Movie, a theatrical recap of the hit anime’s second season arc, has been released ahead of the film’s May 30 premiere. Alongside the new footage, it was announced that the film will feature an acoustic arrangement of the popular Season 2 opening theme, “Where Our Blue Is (Acoustic ver.),” performed by singer-songwriter Tatsuya Kitani, who also shared a comment regarding the song.

This special compilation film revisits the "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" arc, which aired as a five-episode story in July 2023. The arc explores the emotional and intense past of Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto during their days as students at Jujutsu High. The newly released trailer captures the arc’s most compelling moments, enhanced by the gentle yet evocative tone of the acoustic theme.

The film’s music has been remixed for a full 5.1-channel surround sound theater experience, and several tracks have been rearranged specifically for the big screen. This attention to audio detail is intended to immerse viewers in the emotional and action-packed narrative.

Advance tickets for the film, in the form of MoviTicke card-type passes, will go on sale starting April 18. A limited-edition clear file will be offered as a bonus for purchases made at theaters. Additionally, premium ticket bundles will be available, which include a foil-stamped postcard, glitter can badges, and a mini case (available in either the Gojo or Geto version), all designed to hold the ticket and collectibles together.
