The story and scene cuts for Episode 13, titled “You aren’t E-rank, are You,” from the anime Solo Leveling Season 2 - Arise from the Shadow, have been unveiled. The first episode will air on Japan’s MX TV and other channels at midnight on January 5, followed by streaming on platforms worldwide, including Japan.

Episode 13: "You aren’t E-rank, are You" - Story

Sung Jinwoo participates in a parent-teacher conference for his sister Sung Jin-ah. During the meeting, the teacher asks him to persuade Jin-ah’s classmate (JP: Rin Asahina), who is considering dropping out of school to become a hunter. To show Rin the harsh realities of the hunter profession, Shun takes her to observe the training of rookie hunters at the White Tiger Guild. However, as they enter a C-rank gate, the environment suddenly turns red, isolating them completely. They have unknowingly entered a Red Gate, which leads to a high-level dungeon.

Synopsis: Solo Leveling

It’s been over a decade since mysterious portals, known as “gates,” began connecting Earth with dangerous dungeons. Humanity relies on "hunters," individuals with superhuman abilities, to combat the monsters inside. Typically, a hunter’s rank is fixed upon awakening. However, Jinwoo Sung, once the weakest of all hunters, discovers he possesses the unique power to level up. After completing a Job Change quest, he becomes the powerful Shadow Monarch, commanding an army of shadow soldiers.

Now, Jinwoo embarks on a new quest to gather materials for the "Holy Water of Life," which could cure his ailing mother. The stakes are higher than ever as he dives into more dangerous battles.
