Fire Force Season 3: Final Arc Premieres April 2025 with New PV and Key Visual

The highly anticipated Fire Force Season 3, titled Fire Force: San no Shou (The Third Chapter), is set to air its first cour in April 2025 on MBS, TBS, and BS-TBS as part of the “Animeism” programming block. The series will conclude with a second cour, slated for release in January 2026.

A key visual and the first promotional video (PV) have been unveiled, giving fans a glimpse of the epic scale of the final arc.

What’s in the PV?

The PV showcases protagonist Shinra Kusakabe, the members of Company 8, and a host of other returning characters, including members of the Evangelist faction and Joker. Packed with familiar faces and intense battles, the preview hints at an expansive narrative with high-stakes confrontations and new challenges in this climactic chapter.

The Story So Far

Set in the fictional “Solar Year 198 Tokyo,” Fire Force follows Shinra and his fellow Special Fire Force members as they combat the mysterious phenomenon of spontaneous human combustion. These incidents transform victims into destructive creatures known as Infernals. The story blends action, mystery, and supernatural elements as Shinra and Company 8 uncover the truth behind the phenomenon while protecting humanity.

Manga and Anime Legacy

Originally serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine from 2015 to 2022, the Fire Force manga has surpassed 20 million copies in circulation. The anime adaptation debuted with Season 1 in 2019, followed by Season 2 in 2020, both receiving widespread acclaim for their dynamic animation and gripping storytelling.
