It was announced on the 9th that a fourth season of the TV anime *Laid-Back Camp (ゆるキャン△)* is in production. An illustration and comment from the original creator, Afro, have also been released. The illustration features Ema Mizunami and Mei Nakatsugawa, who first appeared in SEASON 3.

The series portrays the charm of camping and the laid-back daily lives of high school girls, including protagonist Rin Shima, who enjoys camping to the fullest. It is based on a manga serialized in *Manga Time Kirara Forward*, and upon its anime adaptation, it sparked a camping boom. The first season of the TV anime aired in 2018, and it was also adapted into a live-action drama.
