New information has been released for the PURECOOL Touken Danshi, a new project from the popular game Touken Ranbu ONLINE. The key visual has been unveiled, along with the announcement of the release of early tickets for the Tasting Performance on the official website.

Touken Ranbu ONLINE is a sword-raising simulation game where famous swords take the form of warriors known as "Touken Danshi" and fight to protect history.

On September 24, the new project was announced with a teaser PV, hinting at the Touken Danshi taking on new roles as idols. On September 26, partial reveals of the six swords were posted on the official X account, building anticipation. Finally, the full key visual of all six swords standing together has been unveiled. In this image, the six swords from the "Edo" group are dressed in costumes of unique colors, walking towards a new stage with shining lights behind them.

Along with the key visual reveal, it was also announced that early tickets for the PURECOOL Touken Danshi Tasting Performance will be available on the official website. These performances will take place in Tokyo’s Shinagawa Stellar Ball in October 2024 and Osaka’s Cool Japan Park WW Hall in December 2024. The "Tasting" performance aims to allow fans to directly experience the allure of this new project firsthand.

After the performance, attendees will be asked to fill out a "Tasting Order Sheet" survey to share their feedback. These opinions will be used to shape the large-scale performance set for March 2025.
