The Quintessential Quintuplets is an original story depicting the "honeymoon arc" of the protagonist Futaro Uesugi and the quintuplets, following the events of the movie The Quintessential Quintuplets released in 2022. Under the supervision of the original author, Negi Haruba, this anime continues their story. The event was hosted by TBS announcer Maina Sasaki, who invited the three cast members to the stage, where they immediately shared their thoughts on this brand-new installment.

Matsuoka commented, "I never thought the author would write a sequel, so it's a 'one character' feeling of deep emotion," to which Taketatsu and Itou quickly retorted, "That's not one character!"

Regarding the story, Matsuoka seemed concerned about the fact that the sisters joined Futaro and Yotsuba on their honeymoon. Itou asserted, "Honeymoons are meant to be enjoyed with everyone!" Taketatsu added, "Futaro was the most enthusiastic, having even prepared a handwritten itinerary." Matsuoka reflected on how the quintuplets responded indifferently to Futaro's careful preparations, but Itou remarked, "Despite what they said, I bet they all treasured that itinerary," with Matsuoka and Taketatsu nodding in agreement.

As for having back-to-back new anime releases following the 2022 movie, Taketatsu expressed, "The world of The Quintessential Quintuplets keeps expanding. Every year I feel a bit sad thinking it’s over, but new projects, events, and related merchandise keep coming out, so it feels like it's far from over." Matsuoka responded humorously, "Keep saying that, and the author might just write another one!" prompting Taketatsu and Itou to cheerfully declare, "Let's keep going and make The Quintessential Quintuplets last forever!"

When asked about memorable scenes, Matsuoka highlighted the part where Futaro helps the quintuplets choose swimsuits. He laughed, "Is it normal for a guy to go swimsuit shopping with sisters when he's dating one of them?" Itou agreed, saying she loved this flashback scene, as it showed the boldness Nino and Miku still had toward Futaro before he was exclusively with Yotsuba.

Each cast member shared a message with the fans at the end. Miku Itou said, "Your long-standing love for The Quintessential Quintuplets has led to this new creation. Thank you so much! The quintuplets have grown through ups and downs, and I hope you'll enjoy this new work as if you're on a resort vacation with them and Futaro."

Ayana Taketatsu added, "Please enjoy the trip of these slightly more mature quintuplets. Each of their expressions is filled with the growth they've experienced. I hope you enjoy it on the big screen again and again."

Lastly, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka remarked, "I'm grateful that I was able to record with everyone, including my hardworking junior in the agency (Riri, voiced by Ann Sakura Tachibana). In the end, 'Futaro and Yotsuba’s honeymoon' was a perfect conclusion. These two will definitely be fine from now on."
