Mini Illustration for the 'Tokyo Ghoul' Exhibition Unveiled – Café "Anteiku" to be Recreated at the Venue
To commemorate the 10th anniversary of the TV anime Tokyo Ghoul, an immersive exhibition titled Tokyo Ghoul EX. will be held from October 21 to December 1 at the G1 Building of Warehouse TERRADA in Tokyo, and from December 14 to 29 at VS. (a new venue opening in September within Grand Green Osaka). In celebration of the event, an illustration drawn by the original creator, Sui Ishida, as a special gift for visitors has been revealed.
At the Tokyo venue, all visitors will receive a mini illustration featuring "Ken Kaneki in his Anteiku uniform," while at the Osaka venue, the illustration will depict "Ken Kaneki with white hair, awakened after the battle with Yamori."
Additionally, it has been announced that the café "Anteiku," where Kaneki and the others work, will be recreated at the exhibition, allowing visitors to enjoy the atmosphere of the café at the venue.
The series is a dark fantasy that unfolds a turbulent story centered on "Ghouls," mysterious beings that feed on humans. Serialized in Weekly Young Jump since 2011, the manga has surpassed 47 million copies in circulation. The TV anime adaptation first aired in 2014, followed by the third season, Tokyo Ghoul, in 2018. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the anime's broadcast.
