Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise is collaborating with the Nintendo Switch game "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" to host the "Animal Crossing: New Horizons x Yokohama Hakkeijima Sea Paradise Hakkei Island Marine Life Touch Exhibition" from April 17 to July 9, marking the first such event in three years.

This initiative aims to offer visitors a chance to experience the allure of the "marine life" that appears in "Animal Crossing: New Horizons" through various activities themed around them. Returning for the first time in three years, the event will feature popular content from the previous edition as well as new additions like "marine animal shows."

"Animal Crossing: New Horizons" is the latest installment in the "Animal Crossing" series, set in a world where time flows as it does in reality, allowing for a carefree daily life. It offers a wide range of hobbies to enjoy throughout the year, from outdoor activities like fishing and bug catching to gardening, as well as interior decorating and fashion. In this game, players relocate to a deserted island as part of the "Nook Inc. Deserted Island Getaway Package Plan" produced by "Nook Inc.," starting a new life from scratch.
