In conjunction with the opening of "Inogate Osaka" on July 31, JR West has launched the Osaka Station West Area Art Project "WARP (WEST ART PROJECT)." This initiative aims to provide an everyday art experience, promoting cultural and business development and fostering innovation in Osaka. A public ceremony was held on this day to reveal the project.

Araki's artwork, lavishly illustrated in the "JoJo" style, links to the past by depicting the "Fountain Boy," which has been displayed at Osaka Station for 103 years since the era of the second station building. Speaking about the creation process, Araki explained, "I first thought of drawing a fountain, imagining the water cycling down from the heavens." Alongside the "Fountain Boy," he scattered Stands, saying, "Since Stands are also natural forces depicted in art, I felt they were absolutely necessary."

The Stands are arranged by strength. The protagonist of "The JOJOLands," Jodio Joestar's Stand, "November Rain," which creates gravity-affected rain, is placed at the top. Araki laughed, "I hope good things happen when people meet here," and when the host suggested, "It might become a power spot," he replied, "I hope so."
