From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman Season 3 is officially in production. A newly drawn illustration has also been released, featuring Beryl Gardenant leisurely walking through Bidden Village.

Season 3 Production Confirmed

A special video message from Hiroaki Hirata, the voice of Beryl Gardenant, has also been released to celebrate the announcement of Season 3.

Hirata expressed his excitement over the decision to produce a third season and jokingly declared, “In Season 3, everyone will get to deliver a monologue!” while sharing his enthusiasm for what lies ahead.

From Old Country Bumpkin to Master Swordsman is a classic swordsmanship fantasy based on the novel series created by author Shigeru Sagazaki and illustrator Tetsuhiro Nabeshima. Together with the manga adaptation by Kazuki Sato and two spin off titles, the series has surpassed 11 million copies in circulation.

The first season of the anime aired in 2025, followed by the second season in 2026.
