Kill Blue Season 2 Officially Announced With New Illustration and Comment From Tadatoshi Fujimaki

Kill Blue Season 2 has officially been confirmed, along with a handwritten illustration and comment from original creator Tadatoshi Fujimaki.

Tadatoshi Fujimaki Shares a New Illustration and Message

The newly released illustration features the words “Season 2 production confirmed!!” alongside Juzo firing a gun while holding a textbook.

Fujimaki also shared the following comment.

“Thanks to everyone, Season 2 has been confirmed! Thank you to everyone involved with the anime. Thank you to everyone who supported it. I still do not know exactly when it will happen or what kind of content it will have, but I hope it becomes the same kind of fun Kill Blue that viewers can enjoy with their shoulders relaxed, just like Season 1. Please wait for it with your shoulders relaxed!”

Kill Blue is based on the manga of the same name by Tadatoshi Fujimaki, the manga artist known for Kuroko’s Basketball.

The story follows Juzo Ogami, a 39 year old legendary assassin who has carried out even the most impossible assignments. One day, he is stung by a mysterious bee and suddenly turns into a 13 year old. He then begins attending middle school while taking on various incidents and battles against other assassins in a youth redo action comedy. The first season of the TV anime aired from April to June 2026.
