BLEACH Thousand Year Blood War: The Calamity Unveils New Visual, Cast Interview Videos Announced

The fifth special visual in the “TV ANIMATION BLEACH THE STORIES” project has been unveiled to celebrate the upcoming broadcast of the final cour, BLEACH Thousand Year Blood War: The Calamity.

The illustration reimagines a series of iconic depictions of protagonist Ichigo Kurosaki, originally drawn by creator Tite Kubo, as a newly connected anime visual. Beginning with the Substitute Soul Reaper Arc, the project has now reached the series' final chapter, the Thousand Year Blood War Arc.

Thousand Year Blood War Retrospective Project Begins

The fifth installment of the special retrospective campaign, focusing on the Thousand Year Blood War Arc, has also launched under the title “TV ANIMATION BLEACH THE STORIES.”

Starting at 8:00 PM JST on June 20, the official BLEACH anime YouTube channel will begin a limited time free streaming event featuring Episodes 1 through 40 of the Thousand Year Blood War Arc. A series of cast interview videos will also be released.

In addition, Episode 1, “THE BLOOD WARFARE,” is already available for free on the official YouTube channel for a limited period.
