A countdown has begun, with the company's promotional team stating that information about a new anime project is scheduled to be revealed at 11:00 a.m. JST on June 9.

In recent years, Aniplex has increasingly focused on unconventional marketing strategies that conceal a project's title until shortly before its official unveiling. The latest teaser follows a series of similar campaigns that generated significant attention across the anime community.

Aniplex Continues Its Mystery Anime Promotion Strategy

Aniplex has repeatedly opened special teaser websites for undisclosed anime projects. In 2024, the company announced new anime productions under the code names "O" and "M" before eventually revealing them to be Monogatari Series: Off Season & Monster Season.

The unusual approach drew widespread discussion online, as fans attempted to identify the projects before their official announcements.

In 2025, Aniplex announced four cast members before revealing the actual title of the anime. Voice actors Ai Kayano, Kenichi Suzumura, Soma Saito, and Fairouz Ai were introduced first, creating considerable anticipation among fans.
