Re:Zero Season 4 Episode 67 Preview Released Opening Theme Recollect Unveiled at AnimeJapan 2026

Re:Zero Season 4 will begin broadcasting and streaming on April 8 across 21 networks in Japan including TOKYO MX and AT X. Alongside the announcement, the non credit opening video and preview details for Episode 1 also known as Episode 67 have been released.

The opening theme song Recollect performed by Konomi Suzuki featuring Ashnikko was revealed for the first time during the AnimeJapan 2026 stage event, drawing strong attention from fans.

The series follows Subaru Natsuki, a boy summoned to another world with nothing to rely on. Using his ability Return by Death, which rewinds time upon his death, Subaru struggles against despair and a cruel fate in order to protect those he cares about and reclaim the irreplaceable moments he once shared.

The original light novel by Tappei Nagatsuki with illustrations by Shinichirou Otsuka is published under MF Bunko J by KADOKAWA and has surpassed 13 million copies in circulation. The first season aired from April to September 2016, the second season from July to September 2020 and January to March 2021, and the third season from October to November 2024 and February to March 2025.

Episode 67 Story

After barely fending off the attack by the Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult, Subaru and his companions are left with devastating consequences. Many people have been transformed by Lust, while others have had their names and memories taken by Gluttony.

As they search for a way to resolve the situation, Anastasia proposes that they head to the Pleiades Watchtower, where Shaula, the Sage and one of the three great heroes of Lugnica, is said to reside.

Meanwhile, Garfiel, who remains in Priestella to recover, visits the home of his mother Riala together with Mimi. However, Riala has lost her memories, adding another layer of emotional weight to the story.
