The Minister of Internal Affairs of Yamato who later ascended to become the "King of Tenma (天満王)." Born into the Taira clan, a powerful family predating the foundation of Yamato, he serves as a maternal relative to both the late Emperor Fuji II and the current Emperor Fuji III. He seized control of the government after poisoning Fuji II—justifying the assassination as the removal of a tyrant who had plunged the nation into chaos through debauchery—and subsequently installed Fuji III as a puppet ruler, further solidifying his grip by marrying his own daughter to the young Emperor.

Denki is a ruthless and tyrannical dictator who famously declares himself to be the personification of the state. He is physically obese and harbors a violent hatred for being called "fat," often summarily executing anyone who causes him even the slightest displeasure. Despite his cruelty, he is a highly "capable dictator" possessing top-tier political and strategic intellect. He was the one who ordered the execution of Saki Higashimachi, which ultimately triggered Aoteru's journey to reunify the three nations.

In the year 64 of the Yamato Era, he leveraged his achievements—including numerous economic and humanitarian policies, the territorial expansion through a counter-invasion of Seii, and the puppetization of neighboring forces—to effectively coerce the throne into granting him the title of King. Surprisingly, he is said to be proficient in martial arts and shows absolutely no interest in worldly desires such as alcohol, money, or women for personal gain.
