Record of Ragnarok Season 3 Premieres April 3 with Fourth PV and Six Character Posters Unveiled

Record of Ragnarok Season 3 will begin television broadcasting on April 3 on TOKYO MX and other networks, with the first airing featuring a special three episode consecutive broadcast. Alongside the announcement, the fourth promotional video and six new character posters have been released.

Fourth PV Highlights Intense Battles and Signature Techniques

The fourth PV looks back at the fierce clashes fought by the warriors so far and shines a spotlight on the battle action in Rounds 7, 8, and 9. The trailer also draws attention to the names of the powerful techniques unleashed by each fighter, further building anticipation for the upcoming matches.

The newly revealed character posters feature six fighters from Rounds 7, 8, and 9. Each visual portrays a warrior standing powerfully before the Valhalla Arena, the stage of the final battle between gods and humanity known as Ragnarok. In addition to their commanding presence, the posters showcase lines that reflect each fighter’s individuality and conviction.

The series will also appear at AnimeJapan 2026, one of the world’s largest comprehensive animation events, held at Tokyo Big Sight on March 28 and 29. It will be featured at the Warner Bros Japan booth. In addition to visuals centered on the six character posters, dedicated monitors will screen the latest PV and character promotional videos. Distribution materials related to the mobile game Record of Ragnarok The Day of Judgment are also scheduled.



Commonly referred to as Ragnarok, the story depicts a one on one thirteen match showdown between representatives of the gods and representatives of humanity to determine the survival of humankind. Can humanity surpass the gods and prevent the end of the world. The series portrays a serious and decisive battle between gods and humans.

The original manga is currently serialized in Monthly Comic Zenon and has surpassed 18 million copies in circulation. It has received numerous accolades, including recognition in This Manga Is Amazing 2019 for the male readers category, Recommended Comics 2019 Selected by Nationwide Bookstore Employees, and the Second Manga Shimbun Awards.
