The manga "Hana wa Saku, Shura no Gotoku (Flower and Asura)" (original work by Ayano Takeda, manga by Musshu), serialized in "Ultra Jump" (Shueisha), has been announced to be adapted into a TV anime in 2025. The teaser visual has been released, along with the main staff and cast. Minori Fujidera will play the role of Hana Haruyama, and Miyuri Shimabukuro will play the role of Mizuki Usurai.

The story follows Kana, who lives on the small island of Tonakishima with a population of 600. She joins the broadcasting club in high school and deepens her love for reading aloud with her friends. It is a coming-of-age story depicting the growth of high school students' hearts, portrayed by Ayano Takeda, known for "Sound! Euphonium," and delicately illustrated by the new artist Musshu.

The teaser visual depicts Kana and Mizuki running along a seaside road with cherry blossoms dancing in the air, capturing the beginning of their youth.

Ayumu Uwano will direct, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu will handle the series composition, Hikaru Aine will design the characters, and the animation production will be done by Studio Bind, known for "Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation."
