Koichi Haimawari is an unremarkable college student who once dreamed of becoming a hero but has since given up on that dream. His small secret pleasure is wandering the streets in an All Might cosplay, striking poses as a pro hero while helping people whenever he can.
Though Koichi lives a seemingly ordinary life, everything changes when he encounters the self-proclaimed idol Pop☆Step, who stages unauthorized guerrilla performances, and the mysterious masked man Knuckleduster, who calls himself a “cleaner specializing in scum.” Before he knows it, Koichi is drawn into the world of “Vigilante” activities.
Are they criminals who disrupt public order, or a righteous group of self-appointed guardians who save people outside the law?
The story of the “illegal heroes,” the Vigilantes, now begins—!
