The final episode of Season 3 of the TV anime SPY x FAMILY aired on the 27th, and following the broadcast, it was announced that a large-scale special event will be held on November 8, 2026, at a venue near Tokyo. This will mark the second standalone major event for the franchise, and the first in approximately two and a half years since the special event SPY x FAMILY ANIME EXTRA MISSION, which took place in June 2024.

The event will feature the main cast members of the Forger family, including Takuya Eguchi as Loid Forger, Atsumi Tanezaki as Anya Forger, Saori Hayami as Yor Forger, and Kenichiro Matsuda as Bond Forger.

It was also announced that TV anime SPY x FAMILY Season 3 Blu-ray & DVD Vol. 2, set to be released on May 20, 2026, will include a priority ticket application code for the event. Further details will be announced at a later date (Japan Limited).

SPY x FAMILY follows Loid, an elite spy who works daily on intelligence missions for the sake of a better world. For a top-secret mission, he forms a “temporary family,” adopting Anya, a child with telepathic abilities, and entering a contract marriage with Yor, who secretly works as an assassin. The series is a spy action comedy centered on this unusual family as Loid carries out his missions.

The original manga has been serialized on the manga app Shonen Jump Plus since March 2019 and has surpassed 41 million copies in circulation. The first cour of the TV anime aired from April to June 2022, followed by a second cour from October to December of the same year. Season 2 aired from October to December 2023. In December 2023, the franchise also released its first theatrical film, which became a major hit with box office earnings exceeding 6.26 billion yen.
