The story and preview images for Episode 5 of the TV anime Dusk Beyond the End of the World (JP: 永久のユウグレ, Towa no Yugure) have been revealed. This episode will air on Friday, October 31 at 12:26 AM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 5 Story

After taking a bullet while protecting Yugure, Akira Himegami suffers serious injuries. Enraged, Yugure attempts to annihilate the mafia. Meanwhile, Kalcrom and Fldes face their father, the cold-hearted family boss Uls, in a decisive confrontation. What will become of the brother and sister torn apart by a succession battle?

A week later, Akira regains consciousness. On a doctor’s recommendation, he travels to the Nyuto Hot Spring Village to recuperate. There, he encounters Yokurata, a former OWEL employee who knows about the history of the old world—and even about Towasa Omaki.
