The story and preview images for Episode 2 of the TV anime Dusk Beyond the End of the World (JP: 永久のユウグレ, Towa no Yugure) have been revealed. This episode will air on Friday, October 10 at 12:26 AM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 2 Story

Akira is suddenly proposed to by Yugure, an android who looks identical to Towasa. Though he rejects the proposal, Akira decides to accompany Yugure, who possesses crucial knowledge about Towasa and the world itself.

The two set out on a journey toward Tokyo, where the Omaki royal family resides. After crossing from Hakodate to Honshu, they meet a girl named Amoru, who dreams of becoming a picture book author. When Amoru offers to guide them to Mt. Osore, Akira and Yugure decide to follow her, but what awaits them on the road ahead?
