“Prison School” 10th Anniversary Event Announced: Featuring Hiroshi Kamiya, Katsuyuki Konishi, Kenichi Suzumura, Daisuke Namikawa, and Kazuyuki Okitsu

The anime Prison School will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a special event held on November 29 at Shinjuku Sumitomo Hall. The event will feature Hiroshi Kamiya (Kiyoshi), Katsuyuki Konishi (Gakuto), Kenichi Suzumura (Shingo), Daisuke Namikawa (Joe), and Kazuyuki Okitsu (Andre).

Originally serialized in Weekly Young Magazine from 2011 to 2017, Prison School by Akira Hiramoto is a high school comedy that follows five male students who enroll in a formerly all-girls boarding school. The manga became a massive hit, leading to both an anime and a live-action adaptation.

To commemorate the anime’s broadcast 10th anniversary, the upcoming event will reunite the cast to share behind-the-scenes stories while revisiting scenes from the anime.

About Prison School

However, only five boys—including protagonist Kiyoshi Fujino, enter the academy.
