The story and preview images for Episode 3 of the TV anime The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest (JP: 味方が弱すぎて補助魔法に徹していた宮廷魔法師、追放されて最強を目指す) have been revealed. This episode will air on Saturday, October 18 at 11:30 PM (JST), and will later be available on various international streaming platforms.

Episode 3 Story

Reunited with his former comrades Ornest and Clasia, Alec and his companions reform the “Lasting Period” party for the first time in four years.

The guild master, Reviell, assigns them a rescue mission to save members of the S-rank party “Lichroma.”

Their destination is the 64th floor of the Fiesel West Dungeon—an area where healing magic cannot be used and is dreaded by adventurers as the “Tank Killer.”

As they coordinate to survive the undead-infested depths, they encounter Loki Silveria, one of Lichroma’s mages.

But he is in the midst of a desperate flight from the dungeon’s fearsome floor boss—

Alec Yugret, the court magician who supported Crown Prince Regulus Caldana from the shadows.
