The released stills feature scenes from MISSION:39 “AVOID GETTING TONITRUS BOLTS / ■■■■’S MEMORIES”. Alongside funny facial expressions from Anya and Damian, two cuts appear to depict Lloyd in his childhood. This episode will be a two-part composition, with the second half delving into Loid’s past.

"Avoid Getting Tonitrus Bolts"
At Eden Academy, the strict teacher known as “Tonitrus Aunt” — Donna Schlag — makes an appearance. Famous for her iron discipline, she conducts a surprise inspection of students’ belongings in Anya’s class. When Damian forgets his handkerchief and panics, Anya offers him one of her two, hoping to help… but things don’t go quite as planned.

Struck by shock from a Tonitrus bolt, Loid Forger (Twilight) faints and begins to dream. In his dream, he recalls his childhood — a time of peace when he played “soldiers” with friends and was fondly called the Strategist. That tranquility is shattered when sudden air raids devastate his town, marking the beginning of his life as a spy.

SPY×FAMILY follows Loid, a highly skilled spy who undertakes missions to create a better world. For a special mission, he adopts Anya, who secretly possesses telepathic abilities, and enters into a fake marriage with Yor, who secretly works as an assassin.
