In Kimi to Idol Pretty Cure♪ Omatase! Kimi ni Todokeru KirakkiLive!, opening September 12, Cure Idol will transform into “God Idol Style,” an exclusive form appearing only in the film. With a striking red checkered outfit, this version offers a new take on her usual appearance, showcasing a unique sparkle. This transformation is powered by the Precure Idol Heart Ribbon item, which plays a central role in both the movie and the TV series.

A First in Precure History: Linked Movie & TV Transformations

In a first for the Precure franchise, Cure Idol will exhibit two distinct styles based on the same power-up item. While the movie introduces “God Idol Style,” the TV series will feature “Idol Heart Ribbon Style.” These separate forms mark the first-ever W (double) style change in the series, offering fans different transformations in each format while maintaining a connected story element between the two.

“Precure Idol Heart Ribbon” and New Toy Release

The transformation item, Precure Idol Heart Ribbon, will be bundled with the “Kirakki Light 2025 movie ver.” and sold as the Precure Idol Heart Ribbon & Kirakki Light Set, scheduled for release on September 13. Pressing the ribbon plays two songs: the stage song from the TV version featuring Idol Heart Ribbon Style, and the movie’s special performance song “♪HiBiKi Au Uta♪.” The item can also be combined with the separately sold Spin and Shine! Kirakki Run Ribbon Baton to activate a special movie-exclusive finishing move.

Plot Details: Zukyun Kiss vs. Yamikurage on Ai-Ai Island

The movie takes place on Ai-Ai Island, where the idol group Zukyun Kiss is set to perform in the Super Miracle Idol Festival, the biggest idol event in the universe. However, their plans are disrupted when a mysterious monster named Yamikurage appears, threatening the island and the world. The story follows the Precure Idols as they rise to the challenge and fight to save both the stage and their planet.
