Tsukimiya reveals to Takeru Narihira that she has traveled back in time to prevent Abe no Seimei from executing the “Sekai Kodoku” and to change the future. Just then, Yura appears, having tracked them down. Though Takeru desperately tries to warn her of Seimei’s scheme, she finds it hard to believe and decides to confront Seimei herself to uncover the truth. Meanwhile, Takeru, determined to put an end to further tragedy, joins forces with Tsukimiya to destroy the Azure Dragon Tower—one of the key structures supporting the Sekai Kodoku
