Takeru Narihira, a delinquent high school student, spends his days haunted by dreams of a mysterious girl named Tsukimiya. One day, after an unforeseen accident causes him to fall off a cliff, he wakes up to find none other than his dream girl standing before him. However, he is no longer in his world—he has arrived in an alternate realm known as “Denji Heian-kyo,” a city protected by legendary onmyoji like Abe no Seimei.

Mistaken for a suspicious stranger by Tsukimiya, Takeru begins wandering the streets. Just then, a black fog descends, and monstrous entities begin attacking the townspeople…
