Episode 18 Story

Nico Wakatsuki and Kukumi Ureshino, dressed in shrine maiden attire, are helping out at the shrine where Kara Minami's father serves as the chief priest. While assisting, Nico enchants a piece of paper used for sacred decorations with her “Anicut” magic, creating a paper cat that moves on its own.

Inspired, Kara attempts to create a bird and send it flying, but its clumsy form makes flight impossible. However, Kara’s poorly crafted shape ends up resembling a shikigami, a type of paper spirit, and something bizarre happens—the creation seems to become a living entity that refuses to vanish…

About WITCH WATCH

WITCH WATCH is a magical comedy manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump, with over 3 million copies in circulation. Created by Kenta Shinohara, known for SKET DANCE and Astra Lost in Space, the story centers around Nico Wakatsuki, a young witch-in-training who comes to live with her childhood friend Morihito Otogi, a high school student with ogre powers.
