Teaser Visual & PV for “Undead Unluck” Winter Arc Unveiled—Special 1-Hour Episode Airs in Winter 2025

The teaser visual and PV for the “Winter Arc” of the TV anime Undead Unluck, set to air as a one-hour special in winter 2025, were released on August 1. This date marks the in-universe anniversary of the first meeting between Andy and Fuuko. Along with the reveal, the main staff members for the arc were also announced.

The teaser visual shows Juiz wielding a flame-cloaked saber and Billy aiming a revolver, both with intense and suspenseful expressions. The newly released teaser PV includes highlight scenes from the previous TV series along with long-awaited new footage from the Winter Arc. Viewers are offered a glimpse into a new chapter centered on a cryptic conversation between Juiz and Billy as they face off in a snow-covered, freezing landscape.

Leading the Winter Arc’s production is renowned animator Sunghoo Park, known for acclaimed works like the Jujutsu Kaisen TV anime (Season 1), Jujutsu Kaisen 0 the Movie, and BULLET/BULLET. Park will serve as director and storyboard artist for this arc, with animation production by his studio, E&H production. The script is penned by Gakuto Haijima, with character designs by Hideyuki Morioka and Shunichi Ishimoto—veteran staff from the previous series. Together with new creators joining the team, the Winter Arc promises to deliver an expansive world and thrilling action sequences.
