Detective Conan Osechi (traditional Japanese New Year’s meal) returns for 2026 with the theme Feast of Detectives. Planned by RING BELL in collaboration with Sunday Premium SHOP, the osechi set includes dishes inspired by the manga series Detective Conan and the latest film, Detective Conan: One-Eyed Flashback. Preorders begin August 1 through RING BELL’s official online store and will be available until December 25, or while supplies last.

What’s Inside the Detective Conan Osechi 2026 Set?

The 2026 osechi set comes in two traditional layered boxes, each filled with dishes themed around characters and stories from the Detective Conan franchise. The overall concept, Feast of Detectives, ties into the ongoing narrative and reflects elements from the 2025 theatrical release One-Eyed Flashback.

Box One contains 16 Japanese-style items centered around classic osechi fare. Highlights include simmered shrimp, herring roe, black soybeans, and sweet-simmered sardines. The box also features:
Salmon in shio-koji
Ikura soy-marinated roe
Fukusa-yaki egg rolls stamped with Conan Edogawa and Kaito Kid
Nerikiri sweet modeled after Conan’s voice-changing bowtie
Simmered shiitake mushrooms inspired by Kansuke Yamato’s scar
Rolled omelet with eel inspired by Genta Kojima’s love for unaju

Each food item is placed in a wooden box illustrated with Conan Edogawa and comes with a character-themed sleeve.
